“Giftedness is not what you do or how hard you work. It is who you are. You think differently. You experience life intensely. You care about injustice. You seek meaning. You appreciate and strive for the exquisite. You are painfully sensitive. You are extremely complex. You cherish integrity. Your truth-telling has gotten you in trouble. Should 98% of the population find you odd, seek the company of those who love you just the way you are. You are not broken. You do not need to be fixed. You are utterly fascinating. Trust yourself!”

  1. I’m giving you some bloglovin! I would love to have you stop by and visit, and even link up! I’m doing a dollar days linky: share what you love, buy, make, find, or sell for a dollar! Even if it 2 dollars I’m ok with that! www.ateacherwithoutaclass.com

  2. When did you change your blog look, Sidney?! I haven't been a very good blogger lately, with the end of the school year - you certainly know what it is like!! I noticed when you commented on my facebook post that your button was different... I like it! :)

  3. Erin,
I changed it up about a month ago and I LOVE IT! I really wanted to do something that was more "me" and less cute. I love the job Barb Leyne did and she is Canadian like us..and she is a teacher! Thanks for popping by. I hope your move to 2/3 works out well. I am sure you will fantastic! Lucky kids!
